Bloomaker Shipping Policy

Shipping:

  • We only ship within the United States at this point.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes.

  • Bloomaker claims not responsible for the lost or stolen packages that the carrier has marked as ''delivered.''

All orders placed will be shipped within one to three business days. If you place an order after 5pm EST on Friday, it’s likely your order will not ship until the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Open package immediately after receipt. Check if the correct item has been delivered on arrival. If the wrong item has been delivered or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 2 days of receipt, by replying to the order confirmation you received from us.

Amaryllis bulbs are perishable live plants. Bloomaker cannot be held responsible for any damages to bulbs when they have been reshipped by you to another address.


Change of Address:

When fulfilling an order, we assume that all information entered is complete and accurate. Sometimes mistakes happen; if you need to update the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible on the day of placing your order for the best chance of catching it before it leaves our shipping facility. Reply to the order confirmation you received from us. We will to do everything in our power to make sure your purchase makes it to the correct destination.


Returned Shipments:

If, for any reason, your order is returned to us we are willing to re-ship your items if you’re willing to cover the additional shipping. Otherwise, returned shipments will be refunded (less shipping & handling).


Cancellation:

Please contact us as soon as possible on the day of placing your order for the best chance of catching it before it leaves our shipping facility. Reply to the order confirmation you received from us. If an order is already in transit or arrives before we receive your request to cancel, please refer to our Returns policy.


Quality concern:

In case of a quality issue, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation email you received from us with the following information:

- Order number
- SKU / Item name
- A photo of the item(s) | Items are subject to visual inspection. 
- Description of your concern
