Returns Less Than 30 Days

Merchandise bought at Bloomaker.com may be returned for a refund (less shipping & handling) within 30 days of receipt and is subject to visual inspection of the item(s). We reserve the right to request a physical return to our warehouse and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. As a courtesy, a return shipment will not be necessary in most instances. Alternatively, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation email you received from us with the following information.

• SKU/ item name

• A photo of the item(s)

• Brief description/ reason for return

Items must be in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs and for the safely arrival of the package back to us.

Returns Less Than 90 Days

We do not offer refunds after 30 days of receipt. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied within 90 days of receiving your order will nevertheless make every effort to ensure you have a positive experience with our products. Rejected items are subject to visual inspection. At our discretion, we may offer store credit, discount codes, or FREE shipping for use on a future order. Please contact us with the following information.

Please note: amaryllis bulbs are perishable live plants. Bloomaker cannot be held responsible for any damages to bulbs when they have been reshipped by you to another address.
