All orders placed will be shipped within one to three business days. If you place an order after 10am EST on Friday, it’s likely your order will not ship until the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Please note that any delivery “promises” that are made, are made by our carrier partners. Delivery dates are always merely an estimate. Please understand that we do not personally deliver the orders that are placed with us, and we have no control over the delivery schedule, which, depending on the time of the year, may often be delayed due to weather. Sometimes, depending on when orders arrive here, we make decisions to hold back orders, to ship them at the beginning of the week, especially if we know there are severe weather conditions that are delaying shipments. If you have a special reason, why we should ship your order as soon as we receive it, please communicate that need to us in the comments section at checkout, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
We do this to avoid having the bulbs (which are sensitive to cold and will die when they freeze) spend a weekend on a shipping truck or in a shipping depot. Some of our carriers do not deliver on weekends. As soon as the shipping labels have been created by us, you will receive an email to alert you and to share the tracking numbers with you. At that point, we encourage you to track your shipment, so that you have up to date information.
Open package immediately after receipt. Check if the correct item has been delivered on arrival. If the wrong item has been delivered or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 2 days of receipt, by replying to the order confirmation you received from us. While every effort is made to ship bulbs exactly as ordered, when some varieties and sizes are not available, substitutions as close to your order as possible may be made.
Amaryllis bulbs are perishable live plants. Bloomaker cannot be held responsible for any damages to bulbs when they have been reshipped by you to another address.
Bloomaker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that the carrier has marked as ''delivered.''
